To date , Teuza has invested in 18 companies a total amount of $36 million
and had 9 exits.Recently, Teuza completed a deal in which Bioness and Mr. Alfred Mann acquired
N.E.S.S at the value of $75 million, out of which $28 million in cash and the rest in
stocks of Bioness - Teuza has the option of converting the stock portion to cash,
at the same value, for another two years.In 2000, Nova measuring instruments Ltd. went public on NASDAQ stock exchange at a
post money valuation of $285 million. Teuza's original investment in Nova was $900,000.In 1999, Waveaccess was acquired by Lucent for $60 million. Teuza's profit from this realization was 43 million NIS.
In 2001, Oramir was acquired by Applied materials for $27 million.
In 2001, Teuza sold about 7% of its share in five companies for $10 million.
