To date , Teuza has invested in 18 companies a total amount of $40 million and had 9 exits.
Recently, Teuza completed a deal in which Bioness and Mr. Alfred Mann acquired N.E.S.S at the value of $75 million, out of which $28 million in cash and the rest in stocks of Bioness - Teuza has the option of converting the stock portion to cash, at the same value, for another two years.
In 2001, Oramir was acquired by Applied materials for $27 million.
In 2001, Teuza sold about 7% of its share in five companies for $10 million.
In 2000, Nova measuring instruments Ltd. went public on NASDAQ stock exchange at a post money valuation of $285 million. Teuza's original investment in Nova was $900,000.
In 1999, Waveaccess was acquired by Lucent for $60 million. Teuza's profit from this realization was 43 million NIS.
